MMI MISSION affiliates with a 3rd party printing service to manage the shipping and return of printable items.  Due to their strict return policies ALL site shoppers must use the sizing charts made available and double check your size, colour, and quanity prior to completing your purchase.

In the event of a manufacturer defect send us a picture[s] of the product and a brief message requesting a return with your full contact information and our provider will be notified and be in contact with the purchaser only, directly.

 

MMI MISSION artists manage the return items directly.  Please note due to the nature of the mission our Affiliate ARTISTS are unable to accept a return for refund.  If there is a manufacturing defect the ARTIST upon the item returned will determine if the item requires a simple fix or replacement.  Upon launch of these items, an Affiliate Art Link page will be available.  

 

Amenity Products:  For Health and Safety the MMI MISSION Amenity products are non-returnable or refunded.  Ensure you have read full details, and quanities prior to completing your purchase.
