Our customers are our supporters.  Please notify MMI MISSION should you have unresolved issues with your returns.  Returns are outsourced to our store.  We want to know if you have any unresolved issues.  Please review our store product providers 'return policies.

Your privacy is important to us therefore MMI MISSION chose All financial transactions linked via MMI MISSION STORE are processed by paypal.com and stripe.com.  MMI MISSION does not store or have access to your personal payment information at any time during or after your transaction[s].  All financial transactions are processed via paypal.com and stripe.com. MMI MISSION does not offer returns.  MMI MISSION will accept your email and photo's to submit to the 3rd party provider who will be in contact with the buyer.  The exception of Jewelry designed by our Affiliate First Nation Artists, ALL other returns are handled through our product provider.  Defective jewelry will be serviced by the Artist via their link on the Artist Link page for replacement only upon receiving the returned item[s] to the artist.  Only the artist will determine if the item shall be repaired or replaced.

 

As we strive eventually to provide services globally, this requires third-party involvement for many of MMI MISSION’s moving parts.  We appreciate our supporters understanding in these matters. 

MMI MISSION strives to achieve a trusted transaction with our supporters.

For the safety and well being of our families and friends of MM, MMI MISSION will not permit negativity on our social media accounts and will exercise rights of blocking and reporting of individuals who exhibited such behaviours.  Please be mindful that negative comments affect many lives who have been devastated by having experienced a loss of someone they loved.

 

The loss of a First Nation affects multiple communities due to the family responsibilities of each life by the overseers connected, creating years of traditional work.   

ARTIST INQUIRIES

Our First Nation Artist designs when made available have designed specific pieces to support MMI MISSION.  The artwork is a paid design which only our artists have the right to make each piece.  Each of our Artists pieces may be made available on additional retail items,  ALL profits of such sales shall be utilized for the project MMI MISSION represents.
